About the Owner and the Principal Broker

Nick Shuford
Nick Shuford has called Williamson County home since 1991, giving him a deep understanding of the Middle Tennessee market and the communities he serves.
He began his real estate career in 2007 with National Land Partners, where he quickly became a top producer, earning national recognition early on. Experiences like selling books door-to-door as a college intern helped shape his strong work ethic and ability to connect with people.
Over the years, Nick has built experience across residential sales, new construction, and brokerage ownership. In 2019, he launched his own company, focusing on delivering a more hands-on, relationship-driven approach to real estate and property management.
Nick is actively involved in the local real estate community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Williamson County Association of Realtors.
He lives in Brentwood with his wife, Karen, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys being on the water, golfing, and spending time with family.
At the core of everything Nick does is a commitment to clear communication, strong systems, and making sure every client feels confident in how their property is managed.
